- If you’re hanging out in the backyard during the week, you will hear noise from a daycare that is close by. - Early check-in and late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm the availability of early check-in and/or late checkout one day in advance. We charge a fee of $25 for this service, since we will need to coordinate with our on-site manager, and sometimes we will need to pay a cleaning rescheduling fee. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
